Issue Summary
It would be beneficial to have the ability to create sub-groups within an Organization to better manage and filter customers. This feature is particularly important when managing a large customer directory under a single Organization, where there is a need to create distinct sub-groups or categories. At times, certain requests should be limited to a specific sub-group rather than being shared with the entire Organization.
Expected Results
There are scenarios where an Organization needs to be further subdivided into smaller groups. For example, an Organization with multiple office locations could be structured as follows:
- Organization A:
- Office 1
- Office 2
- Office 3
- Office 4
Actual Results
Currently, one Organization needs to be created per office and structured as follows:
- Organization A - Office 1
- Organization A - Office 2
- Organization A - Office 3
- Organization A - Office 4
Workaround
One workaround is to create separate Organizations for each unique group of customers.
