Problem Definition
The project customer notification email templates do not apply when users are invited to create Atlassian Accounts, just for Portal-Only accounts:
Templates change the look and style of request-related and customer notifications, except those which are account-type, e.g. Customer invited. You can add logos and variables, change the subject line, and more.See example templates
Suggested Solution
Include the email template for customer invites so a footer with the company logo and details can be included giving it a more professional look also for Atlassian Accounts.
