Problem Definition
The customer notification email templates does not apply to the customer invite 'account' notification type.
In the UI it states it will not effect 'account' type notifications:
Templates change the look and style of request-related and custom notifications, except those which are account-type, e.g. Customer invited. You can add logos and variables, change the subject line, and more.See example templates
Suggested Solution
Include the email template for customer invites so a footer with the company logo and details can be included giving it a more professional look.
