Notify the Service Desk Team when Mail Audit log detects failures

      Currently, it is not possible to determine when an email failed to process unless you check the mail audit log for the Service Desk project. (https://<instance.atlassian.net>/secure/admin/SDMailInfo.jspa). This should also include the event notifications when the Jira service desk email handler detects connection or authentication problems.

      Please provide an option to notify via the Service Desk team whenever a failure is reported on the log.
