Problem Definition:
Currently, if there are any issues with the incoming mails the admins would need to manually check the email logs to identify/troubleshoot.
Suggested Solution:
Provide the option to notify the admins when the connection logs show failures. This would be useful for admins to identify and resolve connection issues without having to wait for customers to report it to them.
