Clicking on the customer's profile card doesn't show their information

      Summary

      With the launch of the new user profiles in our products located under the /people part of instances portal only customers(customers without an Atlassian Account) no longer have their profile available.

      • Internal users (Atlassian Accounts) without any application access (customers) also don't have a profile available.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the Customers section of a service desk project.
      2. Hover your mouse over a portal only customer, on the popup, click on the customer name.

      Expected Results

      The profile of the customer should be loaded.

      Actual Results

      You're redirected to:

      https://{instance}.atlassian.net/people/search

      No profile is loaded nor you can find that customer profile here.

      Workaround

      None.
