Summary
Agents are unable to view a customers activity from the ticket anymore
Steps to Reproduce
- View a ticket from the queue
- Hover your mouse over the reporter, on the popup, click on activity
- You are redirected to the customers profile with no activity stream or information
Expected Results
- A list of the customers recent activity is displayed
Actual Results
- Only the users profile is shown, with no recent activity
Workaround
- You can view the customers open and closed tickets from the Customers menu, but it still does not show recent history
