Problem Statement
Viewing an exported Excel CSV for Service Desk Issues containing Portal Only Customer will show the ID instead of Name
Steps to replicate
- Create a Service Desk Project and invite a Portal Only Customer on the Project
- Customer to Raise a new Request and confirm that the reporter field is the same Portal Only Customer.
- Go to Issue Navigator and search for the issue
- Click on the Share filter result and Click on Export Excel CSV
Expected Result
The Reporter column shows the correct name on Excel CSV Sheet

Workaround
- Go to Site Administration page https://<instance>.atlassian.net/admin/
- Click on Jira Service Desk > Portal Only Customer
- Click on Customer's drop-down menu and migrate customer to Atlassian Account
