      Viewing an exported Excel CSV for Service Desk Issues containing Portal Only Customer will show the ID instead of Name

      Steps to replicate

      1. Create a Service Desk Project and invite a Portal Only Customer on the Project
      2. Customer to Raise a new Request and confirm that the reporter field is the same Portal Only Customer.
      3. Go to Issue Navigator and search for the issue
      4. Click on the Share filter result and Click on Export Excel CSV

      Expected Result
      The Reporter column shows the correct name on Excel CSV Sheet

      Actual Result

      Workaround

      1. Go to Site Administration page https://<instance>.atlassian.net/admin/
      2. Click on Jira Service Desk > Portal Only Customer
      3. Click on Customer's drop-down menu and migrate customer to Atlassian Account
