Clicking on the customer's profile card doesn't show their information

      Problem

When someone hovers the mouse on a customer's name, Jira shows the profile card with a link to their profile (instance.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=..........), but the customer doesn't have one.

Along with it if you find the customer and clicks on their name, an error is thrown.

Internal users without any application access (customers) also don't have a profile and the same page is thrown.

      Suggested resolution

Remove the link to the customer's profile.

This issue has been raised previously (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-7888). I've updated the summary of that ticket so that it's more discoverable. I'll copy across related support tickets but all future tickets please raise against https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-7888.

            Multiple issues actually exist:

            1)

This is what happens for Assignee (Atlassian Accounts):
From list of tickets in service desk project, go in to any ticket.
Then, hover over the assignee > More > Administer User
Then, you are brought to the general search page for Atlassian users, not that particular user.

            2)

This is what happens for Reporter (portal-only accounts):
From list of tickets in service desk project, go in to any ticket.
Then, hover over the Reporter > More > Administer User
Then, you are brought to the general search page for Portal Only users, not that particular user.

            3)

(the one Eduardo is describing above)

When I click on Administer User from a service desk, I am brought to a page that lists a bunch of users that I've recently worked with and a list of my teams.
Then when I click on the person I am trying to administer (who happens to be in the list), I get a screen that says:
            Something went wrong
We keep track of these errors, but feel free to contact us if refreshing doesn't fix things.

In addition, clicking on people you have "recently worked with" doesn't return any results:
