JSD triggers a notification for the reporter on Issue Assigned event

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      JIRA Service Desk notification triggers for a reporter are

      • Issue comment event when the comment is not by reporter
      • Issue status change

      But, there seem to be a failure, when JIRA issue's assignee is changed by inline editing the Assignee.

      Notification email sends the same message that was sent last when triggered by the above event.

      This is against JIRA Version - 6.4-OD-04-006

            I experience the same thing. This is entirely confusing for the reporter as they think they have sent it twice.
