I have run into bug when exporting SLA’s in excel https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-149.
Export to word is not much more useful.
Im not able to find version we use ( https://servicedeskixor.atlassian.net)
When will be this bug fixed or is there a workaround available?
We will re-evaluate usage of Jira service desk ( as we use trial now ) based on your feedback, as reporting is quite crucial for us and our clients.
