Include the email address instead of the QM code for JSD customers on the CSV export

      Problem Definition

      Because of GDPR, user CSV export now does not include the username anymore for portal-only Jira Service Desk users but include the QM code.

      Suggested Solution

      Replace the QM code by a GDPR-compliant information that would be more useful and user readable.

            As we know that customer management doesn't exist in JSM, we create an app which is dedicated for collecting and managing data about customers and organizations: Customer Details for Jira Service Management One of its feature is possibility to export list of customers and organizations to .csv file with additional data collected thanks to this app.

            This app is free up to 10 users.

            Most of the reporting and integration with other systems is not possible as the email id is not exported in the report. This should be considered a defect and not a suggestion.

            I am setting up a sync to smartsheets and this is now blocking me as our internal company staff are portal and agent users in the system..

            A little tip. I can strongly recommend the addon Jira Cloud for Excel. From Excel you can access filters och write own JQL filters and Reporter (and other fields) is correct immediately.
