Include the email address instead of the ID for reporters and watchers on the CSV export

      Problem Definition

      Because of GDPR, user CSV export now does not include the username anymore. For example:

      Suggested Solution

      Replace the ID by GDPR-compliant information that would be more useful and user readable.
