Summary
When some JSD issues have Issue types that don't have a valid request type or change the request type of an issue to an Issue type to doesn't have an equivalent service desk request type. Notifications stop going to the reporter when ticket updated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create or add a new issue type in the JSD project, eg BUG.
- Create a JSD ticket.
- Change the issue type to Bug.
- Notice having the request type to be invalid.
Expected Results
When updating the ticket, notification goes the reporter.
Actual Results
No notifications
Workaround
Create a request type for each Issue type.
