Summary
Users who are members of administration groups and doesn't have a JIRA license won't have permission to create issue via email.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a user with administrators group
- Then, add the user to Jira Service Desk project customer list.
- Then, send an email to Jira Service Desk email request
Expected Results
Email create an issue
Actual Results
Failed to create issue . Error display :-
You are not authorized to access this Service Desk.
Notes
- This is similar with Administrators without JIRA access cannot access portal (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5277) bug
- You won't be able to raise tickets on behalf of the user.
