      Problem Definition

Currently, site-admins do not have the permission to edit the email address of the portal-only accounts

      Suggested Solution

As the portal-only accounts are not associate with the Atlassian Accounts, it should allow site-admins to edit the email address of the accounts

      Why this is important

Currently, admin nor owner can change the email address of the accounts: JSDCLOUD-4346. One of these functionalities is needed as some users need to change the email address due to the change of domain name, etc.

[JSDCLOUD-5830] Allow Admin to Edit the Email Address of Portal-only Accounts

It's also important because when using the reporter domain field, email's containing capitals don't show up correctly, and it would be almost impossible to get every portal-only customer to review and edit their email.

            Thanks
