SLA reports showing 0 in Summary table

      Summary

      When accessing the report section of a project, eg: SLA success rate
      The summary table always show as zero but when we drill down into the result, it actually shows the number of entries

      Environment

      (Optional - If Applicable)

      • JSD version: 1000.1830.0 (Cloud)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In the report section, click on the default SLA success rate
      2. run the report

      Expected Results

      The report shows the number of values for the SLA

      Actual Results

      All result shows 0

      Notes

      It is still possible to see the actual result by clicking on the 0 result for the specific period.

      Workaround

      None at the moment
