As a Service Desk admin I would like to customize fields and filtering in the requests page

      Being able to add custom fields that shows up on the 'My Requests' page in the customer portal and then allowing issues to be filtered by those custom fields would help customers find issues easier using relevant details.

       

      The ability to remove irrelevant fields is also something that is desired. There's no point in showing a 'Requester' field when viewing the 'My requests' field as they'll all be from the same user for example.
