Links with special characters like apostrophe show raw html entities. (double encoding problem?)
We are using french language with default UFT-8 encoding.

In service desk, create a request type with an apostrophe in the name
Now access the service desk portal, you should see that links (or at least some) will display the apostrophe as raw html entities.
For example a link will display
Démande d'aide
instead of
Démande d'aide
This is not great if a stakeholder should access the page and see this.
