Special characters in Request Types not displayed correctly when searching Service Desk

      When searching for Service Desk Request Types that have special characters, e.g., &, the special character is displays as &

      Environment

      Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk project
      2. Go into the Service Desk project settings
      3. Create a Request Type with a special character in the title e.g., & 'Help & Support'
      4. Open the Service Desk Portal
      5. Search for the specific Request Type

      Expected Results

      The Request Type should display correctly e.g., Help & Support

      Actual Results

      The Request Type is displayed incorrectly e.g., Help & Support

      Workaround

      Outside of not using special characters in a Request Type, there is no work around for this
