Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Go into the Service Desk project settings
- Create a Request Type with a special character in the title e.g., & 'Help & Support'
- Open the Service Desk Portal
- Search for the specific Request Type
Expected Results
The Request Type should display correctly e.g., Help & Support
Actual Results
The Request Type is displayed incorrectly e.g., Help & Support
Workaround
Outside of not using special characters in a Request Type, there is no work around for this
