Summary
SLA timers not starting for issues created outside SLA work week timers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an issue outside of the defined work week time
- Observe the timer not working after work hours have started
Expected Results
SLA timer should begin count down once work hours has started
Actual Results
SLA timer does not begin count down once work hours has started
