Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a label to the field of a Request Type
2. Access the portal, create a request and search for a label

Expected Results

Label is displayed in the label field

Actual Results

Label field keeps loading

No errors in logs.
Error in browser console

Uncaught TypeError: this._populateLabelSuggestionQueryData is not a function

Workaround

No workaround at the moment
