Description
Summary
It is now possible to have transitions on Customer Portal for customers to click in Cloud as a feature from JSD-40.
It fails when the Transition Issue permission for the service desk project is granted to Service Desk Customer - Portal Access.
Environment
- JIRA v1000.141.1
- JIRA Service Desk v3.2.0-OD-18-002-D20160705T034522
Steps to Reproduce
- Create service desk project and link to Confluence KB space
- Enable the "Show transition in the Customer Portal" at the project workflow (for the purpose of testing, enable this for the transition after a ticket creation).
- Log in as a customer
- Create an issue in the portal
- Transition the issue to the status in Step 2.
Expected Results
Successful transition.
Actual Results
No information in logs. Error in UI:

This issue only happens when logged in as a Customer. Admins have no problem transitioning in customer portal.
Workaround
None at the moment.
