      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be great to have the option to customize the agent's name seen by customers through the customer portal.

      Sometimes you want to display the full user name in JIRA but just the first name in customer portal.
