Add Notification to Alert Reporter when an Issue is Assigned

      Issue Summary

      When an issue is assigned to an Agent in JIRA Service Desk, can an alert be sent out to the reporter that the issue has been assigned?

      Existing Behavior

      There is no such notification that triggers when the ticket has been assigned.
