Add an option to open KB pages in confluence

      Problem Definition

      Currently when user clicks on a KB link in Customer Portal the page will be opened in a popup. However if the KB article has links to another articles, in order to facilitate user to navigate between different KB pages it would be nice if user can open the original KB article directly in confluence in a new browser tab instead of a popup.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option in JIRA Service Desk to allow user open KB article directly in confluence in a new browser tab.
