Current state
Currently, when JSM customers with Atlassian accounts (and no Confluence product access), attempt to access a knowledgebase space by logging into Confluence, they are prompted to request access to Confluence.
To make this work, the customer must first log into the JSM help center, and then switch to Confluence.
Suggestion
Please allow JSM customers with Atlassian accounts the ability to log into Confluence directly (without having to go through the JSM help center) to view knowledgebase pages/spaces, as this will streamline the login process for customers.
