Ability to directly export knowledge base article to PDF/ docx from customer portal

      Problem Description

      At the moment, in order to export the knowledge base article to PDF/ docx, customers need to access to the respective article in Confluence and proceed with the export.

      Suggested Resolution

      It would be great if customers can have an option to directly export the knowledge base article from the customer portal.
