Issue Summary
When any user right-clicks on the KB article opened in the portal, they can click the 'Print' option to save the article as a PDF.
The download PDF file shows misaligned content
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a KB article on portal.
- Right-click anywhere on the page and click 'Print'.
- Select Destination as 'Save as PDF' and click 'Save'.
- Open the PDF file and view the content
Expected Results
The contents should be same as how the KB article is shown on the portal
Actual Results
The contents are misaligned and pictures disappear
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
