Problem Description
Only JIRA users who can create an issue via direct HTML link that will directly open Create Issue page. However, it's not possible for SD customer to do the same and redirect it to Customer Portal.
Suggested Resolution
Provide a feature to create an issue via direct HTML link for SD customer that will redirect it to Customer Portal page.
