As an administrator I would like to restrict which request types would be available for customers by groups of customers.

I agree and have added my vote.
We have thousands of Organizations and multiple products. When sone organizations access the portal, we do not want them seeing products they do not purchase. In order to restrict those Request Types/Portal Groups, we would have to Restrict the Request types and then Allow every Organization/Group apart from the few that should not see them. That's 100s of hours of work.
Surely a 'Blacklist' should be an option alongside a 'Whitelist'?
