Update "Setting up request types" documentation to list standard custom field types that cannot be shown in portal

      The "Setting up request types" documentation includes a section on "Hidden fields and unsupported fields" that includes a partial list of fields that cannot be shown in the portal.

      This suggestion is to update the list of fields to include all fields that cannot be shown in the customer portal.

      In Service Desk 3.1.2, the following fields are available in the portal:

      • Checkboxes
        • description: Choose multiple values using checkboxes.

      • Date Picker
        • description: A custom field that stores dates and uses a date picker to view them

      • Labels

      • Number Field
        • description: A custom field that stores and validates numeric (floating point) input.

      • Radio Buttons

      • Select List (cascading)

      The following fields are not able to be added to the customer portal. These can be added to a request type if they are hidden and have a preset value.

      • Group Picker (multiple groups)
        • description: Choose multiple user groups using a popup picker window.

      • Group Picker (single group)
        • description: Choose a user group using a popup picker window.
