Problem Definition
Out of office emails can be a big issue for an organization which is growing in number of users. Therefore receiving such emails for various tickets can waste time off ServiceDesk agent.
Suggested Solution
By filtering out "out of office" emails we can reduce this traffic and prevent them from adding comment to the tickets.
This plugin Enterprise Mail Handler for JIRA or other sort of plugins can be used as workaround.
Please contact the plugin's vendor in order to make sure about functionality as Atlassian does not support third party plugins.
