      Problem Definition

      • Request can be searched in Customer Portal when you use the Project Key and the Issue Number 
        ABC-12345
      • It's currently, not possible to search when just using the Issue Number: 
        12345

      • Ability to search the Issue Number in Customer Portal (without the project key)
