Description

We don't want our customers to be able to create a sub task off of an issue (request) that they have reported.
To reproduce: either go to
Project > Issues > Open > select an Issue > More > Sub-task
OR
Service Desk > Queue > select an Issue > More > Sub-task
Not a huge priority (yet until I review with stakeholders) because we can train around it
