Problem Definition
Users are able to sort issue (Ascending / descending) by just clicking the column name on Issue Navigator. It would be great to have this feature available in Service Desk Queue.
Suggested Solution
Allow the ability to sort the issues on Service Desk Queue by clicking the column name.
