Summary

Page automatically scrolls to the bottom when grabbing a field to re-arrange the order.
This happens on every movement so if the list is longer than the height of the screen, it is very hard to move things up the list.

Environment

• Google Chrome. Tested happening on Versions 43.0.2357.132, 45.0.2454.101 (64-bit)
• Browser Window height < ~600px (or long Fields list)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Window of your browser to a reduced height of about ~500px
2. As anAgent go to a Service Desk Project Request Types admin section
3. Click on Edit Fields of a Request Type
4. Without being at the bottom of the page, grab a field
5. Move the field at least 1 pixel in any direction

Expected Results:
Field is selected and page doesn't scroll. Field can be moved around without the page scrolling unless the mouse is at the furthest of the page

Actual Results:
The page scrolls to the bottom of the page on every movement.

Workaround

• Use a different web browser
• increase the window size or sreen resolution if possible
