As an admin , allow to set default "Comment Viewable by" in project level

      Problem Definition

      Set default "Comment Viewable by" in project level . For user with certain role in project , create a comment , it will by default set certain group/role to view the comment.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the setting at project permission .

            Can you please provide some more details in the suggestion.

            I am not 100% sure what is being requested, but I believe it revolves around additional comment security in a Service Desk project, other than just Public and Internal?

            If so, that is not available in Service Desk, and there are a number of related feature requests revolving around this, including JSD-2341 and JSD-829.

            If I have misunderstood the requirement, please feel free to correct me
