      Hi folks,
       
      As part of a broader improvement plan for SLAs in JSM, we are looking closely at these customer requests. We are still in early phase of discussions and this request isn't planned in our roadmap. I will come back around Feb 2023 to share updates.
       
      If you are facing difficulty setting up SLAs (due to limits, conditions, goals etc.) and would be interested in talking to product team and provide feedback, let me know!

      Problem Definition

      Currently, there are a fix set of condition to start, pause and stop SLA.

      Suggested Solution

      Condition to start, pause and stop SLA will accept custom field values as well.
