      Problem Definition

      Currently, there are a fix set of condition to start, pause and stop SLA.

      Condition to start, pause and stop SLA will accept custom field values as well.

            Hello, I am an ITSM administrator in my organization and I have the need to create SLA with a custom field.

            Agreed, I am just starting the SLA piece and now annoyed on how we haven't got this ability thinking it would be there. 

            Renders the SLA piece as useless!!

            If i had known i would have taken this into account when I built the workflows..... Jira whilst there are lots of positives, there some things that are just silly and causes just too much work. Its a shame.

            I would very much like the ability to Pause SLA's based on the value of a conditional field. Limiting the configuration to statuses will force users to create ridiculous workflows.

            When is this going to be available?

            Correct me if I am wrong but isnt this simply a question of extending the SLA filters to include Custom Fields?

            Seems like a small adjustment but this feature may be critical for my company in order to decide to use Jira Service Desk
