Show Ticket Numbers on Customer Portal

      As an administrator, I would like to have the ability in Service Desk and Service Desk Cloud to allow customers in the Customer Portal to be able to see their ticket numbers. That way, if a customer has a lot of requests and needs to reference a ticket number for any reason, it is visible to them.
