Problem Definition
It would be nice if you could customize the header colors and other preferences on the Service Desk (e.g Customer Portal) like you can using the Look and Feel for JIRA.
Right now, you can set the "Customer Portal name", "Introduction text" and "Customer Portal logo" on JSD.
Suggested Solution
It would be great if the user can adjust the size of the fields so it does not look too narrow.

Page Failed to load
Some basic formatting on the field headings would allow them to stand out from each other and also from the value lists that follow each field name. The 'poor' formatting of our end use portal brought a number of negative comments from 'customers' and I believe 'cheapened' the rollout of our service desk. Some formatting capability would be great!
