      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As JIRA Service Desk administrator, I would like to use/specify a different email address compare to the one used by general JIRA.

      For example, I would like to use support@email.com email address to send notification to our Customer, rather than using development@email.com.
