Convert Watchers of Issue to Participant When Enabling SD

      After enabling the Service Desk for a project in JIRA if watchers are customers, they can't see the issues anymore.
      So it will be useful if in the process of enabling Service Desk for a project, all the watchers convert to participants. Therefore, they are able to watch the issues.
      Also watchers do not get notifications about the issues. So by changing them to participants they can get the issue changes notifications.
