Issue Summary
For select fields (single choice) added to a request type request form (not forms), even if not required, the user doesn't have an option to clear the field after selecting a value.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a select field (single choice) with a few options.
- Add it to a request type request form.
- Go the portal and select a value for the field while raising a ticket.
- Try to clear the value.
Expected Results
We should see an option to clear the value as we had before: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-13979
Or we should have a "None" option.
Actual Results
There's no way to clear the field.

Workaround
Currently, there's no workaround for this field type. You can use a radio button, which shows the "None" option.
