Clear values from the dropdown field in JSM Forms

      Issue Summary

      There is no option to clear the choice once it's selected in the Form on the customer portal:

      For the JSM dropdown custom field (not in Forms) there is an option to clear the choice:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a dropdown field in the Forms
      2. Configure multiple choices
      3. Go to the customer portal and select one choice

      Expected Results

      • It's expected to have a clear option to erase a choice

      Actual Results

      • There is no clear choice option

      Workaround

      1. Refresh the browser page which will clear all the fields on the form including the affected dropdown field
      2. Create a choice with the word "blank" or "empty"
