Description
Issue Summary
There is no option to clear the choice once it's selected in the Form on the customer portal:
For the JSM dropdown custom field (not in Forms) there is an option to clear the choice:
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a dropdown field in the Forms
- Configure multiple choices
- Go to the customer portal and select one choice
Expected Results
- It's expected to have a clear option to erase a choice
Actual Results
- There is no clear choice option
Workaround
- Refresh the browser page which will clear all the fields on the form including the affected dropdown field
- Create a choice with the word "blank" or "empty"
