Currently, JIRA Service Desk could only connect to any Mail Server that is using POP or IMAP email protocol. Unlike JIRA, it does not have the feature to scan any emails that is automatically saved on a Local Folder. There is time where Mail Server is having POP or IMAP protocol to be disabled and JIRA Service Desk would not able to connect to it.
Hence, it would be great if JIRA Service Desk have the Local Folder feature or tab like Gmail, Yahoo, and Other currently.
