Provide pagination on Service Desk Agents page to view more than 20 agents

      Problem Definition

      Service Desk Agents secure/admin/AgentAllocation.jspa only shows the first 20 users on the page, with no pagination options. Customer currently needs to go to user management and see which users are assigned Service Desk Agents permission group.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide pagination option to be able to view more than 20 agents.

      Workaround

      Visit the group specific to agents in user management to review current agents.
