[ Going by the docs, it's shipped only for "next-gen" versions?
Looking at the information about the differences ([https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-jira-service-management-next-gen-projects/),] next-gen is missing _Agent notifications_, so it's not ready for production use. When will this feature be added to "classic"? ] |
