Hi,
Because our customer refers to ticket numbers in their own issue management system we add the JIRA issue number to the Summary title of an issue to display the number in the Servicedesk portal. Because it isn't displayed by default in the Servicedesk portal.
Could it be made detault, so the JIRA issue number does not need to be included in the Summary field anymore?
This very simple improvement would improve the user experience considerably.
